Our 501c3 non-profit organization was established in 2023 with a mission to use the space ecosystem to support STEAM education, space businesses, and innovation, all while boosting Puerto Rico’s economy. We aim to be a catalyst for change in the local community and beyond.

Our vision is to transform Puerto Rico into the renowned Caribbean Space Hub, where innovation, technology, education and exploration converge to propel our region into the forefront of the global space community.
Mission
The Puerto Rico Space Foundation is committed to propelling Puerto Rico and the Caribbean into a new era of scientific discovery and technological advancement by leveraging space education and innovation.

Our focus is on making science accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience. Our educational programs include microgravity laboratories for schools around the island, with the goal of inspiring students and providing them with hands-on learning experiences. We believe that by working together, we can inspire the next generation of scientists and technologists.
By investing in research and development, as well as cultivating new talent, we are committed to making Puerto Rico a global player in the space market. We aim to create a strategic, yet sustainable innovation ecosystem that will act as a catalyst for Puerto Rico's economic development.
